I watched this great piece on 60 minutes the other night about the Duke Lacrosse case. The paralells with this and the Bakersfield cases are amazing. I'm really glad that justice won out in this case. Check it out if you didn't get a chance to see it.

I hadn't caught the 60 minutes piece until now, thanks for including the link. I was in that unenviable position of assuming the players were guilty. I could imagine the party getting out of hand and could imagine a few of the players getting drunk and physical. It is amazing how the media plays such a critical role in forming our opinion. In this case, thankfully Nifong doesn't have the power of Nagels and the State's AG took the initiative to intervene.
